Another request to move my domain

Hiya,

I'm trying to move my domain "hollypops.co.uk" from PlusNet to IONOS so I can use their email services, but I can't get PN to respond to me. OK, I've only Tweeted them once, but I have noticed how much problems others have doing the same thing and how much success posting here has been.

So, I need the IPS tag changed from "FORCE9" to "IONOS".

Hi there Gerald, I've just checked your account and can see a colleague got back to you on Twitter yesterday and has put in a request to update the IPS tag for you.
