Can I have my Hub Two Router sent to another address rather than the billing address ?

 I don't want my Hub Two Router sent to my billing address (where I live) because I live in a block of flats and the

letterboxes are all in the front wall and have very narrow openings. Is it possible to have it delivered to my work address

or my parents address?
