My username contains my full name which I'd rather not have on my rDNS for everyone to see.
How can I disable rDNS or have it changed to something like my-ip.plusdsl.net?

@adamkimber2024 I have asked for this to be moved to the relevant board. A staff member will respond in the near future, asking for the required information to enable them to make the required changes.

Thanks for moving this.
Is this something that I can contact customer support about or do I just need to wait for a rep to see this on the forum?

I would wait for a staff member to see this, personally. Some of the front-line phone support can be a little 'under-trained'

@adamkimber2024 one of the help team should spot this thread shortly and handle the request.
As @jab1 says, its not a common request and unless you get a very knowledgeable agent, front line support are unlikely to appreciate what you are requesting.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
