People on copper (with no immediate hope of fibre, which will be many in number, but not a great percentage of the whole population) should be ware that BTO don't necessarily prioritise their problem.

 

I've just spent a week without a phone *and* a 'net connection. Or a week plus a couple of hours. Mobile network coverage is such that I had to stand in the garden in the drizzly rain to 'talk' to the Pnet bot (i.e. just to get coverage to send a text message).
