This time a couple of years' ago, I nearly lost access to my wife's email domain when Plusnet initially overlooked the renewal then cocked up details of ticket logging when it was eventually flagged.
Well here we are with a couple of days to go until it needs to be renewed again and I've been sent no update information from Plusnet and I can't get through on the phone to discuss.
Please can someone from support contact me about this?
