Domain Transfer

Hi

I need to transfer both the hosted domains to another provider.  I have an IPS tag which needs changing from "WEBCONSULTANCY" to "IONOS".

Could someone please help me out with this?

@sgrant I didnt recognise the IPSTAG 'WEBCONSULTANCY' so looked it up https://registrars.nominet.uk/uk-namespace/registrar-agreement/list-of-registrars/ .

It appears to be https://easily.uk/ , so it would appear that the domain is not registered by Plusnet. If that's the case then you need to do the transfer through the current registrar
