Find static IP remotely

I've just upgraded to static IP remotely. Is it possible to issue a reconnect request and send me the IP address which is allocated as there is no-one at the router to find out the new IP address and I require remote access.

@node212 welcome to the forum.

You should be able to find your static IP Address via the members centre, from the home page navigate

Broadband > Configure Static IP

Which Hub are you using and remote app are you intending to use? Have you setup the necessary port forward rules and does remote access work now?

If remote access works now you can reboot the Hub yourself, both the Hub One and Two have a menu option for a restart/reboot.
