Freenetname Domain renewal

I have had a Freenetname domain for 23 years and all my email is through it. I just noticed I have not had any email for a few days and it appears that the domain has expired. This is a wee bit of a disaster for me as some important stuff is dealt with through this email address like insurance, pension, banking etc. Can anybody advise how to go about renewing domain? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
