Hi,
Just posting this as a new thread. I had this question originally embedded within my request for a static IP.
I now have a static IP but can see that Plusnet are blocking various inbound ports. Specifically, port 81,82,88 and UDP 4569 for my current usage.
I use my own router and am 100% comfortable/confident with setup and configuration. I moved one service from port 88 to port 1025 and this was no longer blocked. For background, this service was migrated from Plusnet business where I had multiple public iP addresses. I consolidated onto a single IP address before the move and everything worked fine. the UDP port cannot be moved....
How do I request that al inbound restrictions are removed?
Thanks.

Double posting the same question causes confusion. Please see your other topic.
