I'm not certain but I think the BT package is both FTTP and and phone line combined - so you're paying for it. BT may do a digital phone line depending on your location. If you move to a VOIP service you'd probably need a new phone number.
I know Zen Internet do FTTP with or without a phone service but I can't think of any others.
PlusNet used to do phone and internet offerings separately but stopped a year or so ago. You now have to take both.
