Hi @maddyhhelp. Thank you for getting back in touch and for letting me know that you now have a new router. I'm very sorry to see that you're still having connection problems and I appreciate the inconvenience that this must be causing.
I can see from your connection log that the connection has been dropping in and out frequently so something is definitely still out of place here, but testing your line hasn't picked up the cause. It's likely that we'll need to arrange an engineer visit so that this can be investigated further. Before we go down that route, please can you confirm whether your router is currently connected to your master phone socket or whether it's connected to an extension socket?
