Odd request for feedback

I have today received a text, purportedly from Plusnet, asking for feedback: "Hello, Plusnet here. You spoke to our advisor today at 11.30.....".  I haven't spoken to Plusnet today; the last time was around a month ago.  The telephone number that this came from is +44 7800 003951.

Is this legit?  If it is, can Plusnet please tighten their procedures so that the correct information is sent, i.e. the correct date of my interaction with the Plusnet team, so I don't have to worry about scams?

That number seems like a scam number to me it's not linked to plusnet from what i can find unless it's from some obscure 3rd party survey company that I'm not aware of.
