For what it's worth, I CAN log into the PN Member Centre using Google Chrome on my laptop, also using Firefox on my mobile phone, but CANNOT log in using Firefox on my laptop.

Did exactly the same, right down to changing password (without thinking). can access via Chrome, Edge and even Android FF. Deleted all applicable cookies but still no joy - would rather stick with FF but clearly, reading other posts, a spanner has fallen into the works somewhere.

It appears to be a problem with the latest version of Windows Firefox with Plusnet. I successfully logged in with Firefox 103.0.1 but, after installing latest upgrade of 105.0.1 I get the invalid login msg from Plusnet. As others have pointed out it is not a problem when using different browsers.

https://webmail.plus.net works.
https://www.plus.net/member-centre/login does not.

Strange - wonder why I have no problem on any of my three platforms?

those of us with the problem are Windows 10 or 11 (which will all be 64 bit)

Yep, @MisterW , the Windows machine is W7 SP1 (64bit) - wonder if it is something in 10/11?

No, I've just downloaded firefox on macOS Monterey and it's failing.
Scrap that, maybe I typed my password incorrectly.
Working on macOS.

Testing past and future versions: -
104.0.2 - OK
105.0.0 - Fails
105.0.1 - Fails
106.0b7 - OK
I'm none-the-wiser as to what is actually happening but that ^ suggests we could be looking at an issue in the Firefox domain.

Maybe, @bobpullen , but why do I (admittedly not a PN subscriber any more) have no problems on:- a 64bit laptop running W7 SP1, a 64bit laptop running a Ubuntu derivative (Zorin) and 2 x Apple devices?

It does, however, seem a Firefox / Windows 1X issue.

OK, @dvorak - I understand and appreciate that, so we take the Apple devices out (I rarely use the iPad browser, and even more rarely the iPhone one, anyway). Still leaves the W7 (105.0.1) and Zorin (105.0) machines having no issue.

I don't know. Maybe Mozilla does? 😜
I'd see if I could narrow the behaviour down to something that was fixed in 106, but I'm not that short of things to do
The ticket remains open at our side, but with 106 scheduled to launch in a couple of weeks' time, I'm not that confident we'll get round to a fix before then (assuming it's something we can influence in the first place).
