Hello,

I was trying to fill in the form to delete my data, however, the link from the page below does not work:

Is someone from Plusnet able to do anything about it?

This is the one from the BT site about privacy:

Their one links here:

That also doesn't work, so I think BT need to correct their site.

I'm sorry to see you're not able to load the online form in the privacy policy.

We're aware of an issue we're working on getting to the bottom of, but in the meantime the form is a little intermittent.

Can you check today if you're able to get on it? Let me know how it goes

Those links all seem to be working for me now, so I think its been fixed.

This is at my home on my Branson Media connection though. I can't easily go over my sisters place and use her PlusNet connection for a while as her both her and her daughter have Covid 🙁

I have had a test because of it, and so far I am negative .. so I will try and stay that way. Oh well.

Thanks Gandalf for what you said about my sister and my niece. Text my sister who said she is feeling a lot better today, so that's good.
