Reverse DNS request

Hi

Could I request that you create a PTR record for my static ip to point at my domain mail.systemspecialist.co.uk please.

I did call customer services 2 months ago, they created a ticket but this has still not been actioned. It's a shame we no longer have access to the ticket system.
