Static IP activation problem

Hello.

 

  I have a problem with activating static IP.

I have purchased the service, but after pressing the activate static IP button, I still have a dynamic IP address.

 

Can you fix this, please?

Hi @praslay 

That should be fixed for you now.

If you reboot your router you should pick the new static IP up

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
