Static IP address activated but still dynamic after restart

Some time ago I activated static IP address on my account and £5 charge went through.

After a while I noticed the IP address I'd been using was no longer working, and found that it was still showing as dynamic IP on my broadband account. I was pretty sure it had been restarted and should have moved to static, but have tried restarting again a couple of times - still showing as dynamic.

Please advise on how to get this set up correctly.

Hi there @maldis I've just checked your account and it's on a static IP now and the old set-up for a dynamic IP has been deactivated.
