I would like to enable a static IP-address, but I can't do it in the portal.
Can you help me?

@naglya it will be a one off fee of £5 are you ok for that?

That's been sorted for you now and if you reboot the router you'll pick it up

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
