Totalise website owner, with form issues

Hi All, I have a website that I made when Totalise was around, now hosted I understand by plus.net. 

I have a number of contact forms on the site, but sometime ago they stopped working, when a user fills in and sends the form they get the following message: 

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access this resource.

Could someone please offer some assistance on how to fix this?
