My website that I have had for years with plusnet has vanished and I'm not sure if the domaine name that I have with plusnet is still working either. The one on my other account appears to be ok, but I'm worried about long term loosing my domain that I have had for years. I cant appear to generate a support ticket anymore on here either.

I have now been told that my webspace has gone over its bandwidth by quite a bit, this is odd as noether page gets much traffic at all, making me wonder of the page had a attack of dome time, but they gave me no way of replying to find out how this can be resorted and no mention why my other account has also stopped working, Plusnet used to have such great service too. Is there anyone that can help please?

@matthewnorth Hiya, sadly we don't have any control over who accesses the site and the traffic it encounters so I can't really give you a solution on how to stop it happening again. Perhaps I could suggest moving the domain name away from us that way you will likely not have such restrictive bandwidth limitation meaning you need not worry about the bandwidth, whoever /whatever is causing it. I can make a request to unarchive the site but it won't help it not happen again that's all.

Hi James,
thanks for getting back to me, I do have some new unlimited web hosting, but its the 2 domains that I have that I am worried about, and probably might be wise to transfer them both out to my web provider but I have no idea how to do this, and on my plusnet portal all the stuff relating to web space on both accounts has vanished. Is there is any way you can help please.

I have been on both sites, 1 can be accessed with the domain and the other can be accessed with the http://www.users.freenetname.co.uk/~**USERNAME** suggesting the files are still there.
Can you confirm the domain names in question?
To move them away, we just need the IPS TAG of the new provider and we'll update the domains so the new provider can do the rest.

@matthewnorth I think it might be @James30 you need to flag. Having said that, members of the help team are in on different days (not sure if they see one another's flags but guessing they might).
Hopefully one of them will be along fairly soon. I think they refer it to NetOps to do the IPSTAG change, though, and apparently NetOps have had a bit of a backlog recently, so you might have to wait a little while for things to be sorted overall. Hopefully not more than 2-3 weeks.
