Anyone know how to request an rDNS change please? I have searched threads but all website wizards and previous pages appear to have dissapeared!
I have a static IP an want my reverse DNS change made.
Any help greatly appreciated.

You've come to the right place with your rDNS change request, I've just created an open ticket on your Plusnet account which we're going to need you to respond to, in order for us to raise the task with our NetOps Team to process the change.
Please feel free to give me a shout on here once you've responded and I'll be happy to get the task raised.

So after two weeks with an open ticket, today Plusnet closed the ticket as resolved when the rDNS change has not even been made!!!!!!!
The change was meant to be implemented as requested with the following changes:
240.158.174.81.in-addr.arpa to mail.tekflow.co.uk
Instead
240.158.174.81.in-addr.arpa still points to gswhiteuk.plus.com!!
So the change has not been made at all!
So after two weeks of chasing the ticket was implemented incorrectly!!!!!!!

Thanks a lot for getting in touch again. Apologies, the ticket isn't clear enough. I've checked the task with our Network Operations Team and they have confirmed that the change has been made, but it can take effect within the next 24 working hours.
Let us know if you're still having issues on Friday and we'll follow this up.

I can't see any notes on the account itself about this if I'm honest @yakuzah, like I said though, we've received an update from NetOps advising that the work has been done, and to allow 24 hours for it to take effect.
