@R2-D2 Firstly, it would appear there are two AX82U models, a DSL-AX82U and a RT-AX82U , which do you have ?
To assist indentification, does yours have a DSL port ?

Yes it does have a DSL Port but unable to confirm the Model number as at work at moment.
Thank you

@R2-D2 ok, so you first need to ensure you have selected the WAN type to WAN and not DSL (see manual pages 75 onwards)
On the DSL WAN page set Enable WAN to No, on the Ethernet WAN page set WAN enable to Yes. Then on the ethernet WAN settings you need Internet Connection Type as PPPoE, make sure that 802.1Q is Disabled and enter your Plusnet credentials. Username is <youraccountname>@plusdsl.net, password is the one used to access the member centre (https://www.plus.net/member-centre/login)
probably also need to make sure you also have Dual WAN disabled. If still not working then post back with screen shots of your WAN connection screens
My hub 2 connects fine but when I remove the hub 2 and replace the WAN cable into the Blue WAN socket of the ASUS it will not connect.
The Hub 2 will automatically select the WAN port instead of the DSL port, and the username/password confguration is common. The Asus seems to have separate screens for DSL and WAN and you need to explicitly tell it which to use.

I have the same router, my top tip is to do the config via a PC web browser, not the app.
It can be a little tricky to get the initial auto config bit working, but once it is done the rest is quite simple.

Sorry guys still no luck, here are my setting.
Under the WAN Index (WAN Type) there is no option to change from DSL.

From this topic that had the same problem - https://community.plus.net/t5/My-Router/Asus-DSL-AX82U-Router-not-connecting-to-Internet/m-p/1899245...
The difference between their working connection and yours is "Enable WAN" is set to "Yes"

Sorry about the confusion, somehow I got various images of the AX82U WAN console mixed up somewhere !
Nevertheless, that topic did eventually get the same DSL-AX82U router connected to full fibre !.

@R2-D2 looks like your other WAN interface has not been set up.
You could try enabling the Dual WAN and set it up from there, or set it up from the start at the Quick Internet Setup.
