Hi recently signed up to plus net got my router last week and was given a notification that the broadband was now active. This was yesterday. Ok so the blue light is on but I have no internet access. I’ve switched on and off, factory reset and logged in to the hub and updated my username and password. None of which seem to make any difference. Since updating my username I’ve done another factory reset. I’ve no access to the internet on several devices. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Is your Hub connected via the RED ' WAN' socket on its rear to the ONT?

Thanks for that, @Tyger-Lyons . Try updating the broadband user name to your own instead the 'setup' showing in the first two pictures above and then see what happens.
There are a couple of other oddities in those pictures, but hopefully putting the correct username (and password), will correct them.

Hi John I’ve already done that as per my initial comment. It made no difference so I did a factory reset which reverted back to what you see now.

OK, @Tyger-Lyons (nice name, BTW), in that case, it appears you need to contact Plusnet - something on your account is wrong, as it should auto-fill that on a factory reset.

If you are still here, @Tyger-Lyons -when you speak to PN Support, ask them to check that your Hub is definitely associated with your account - the fact it goes back to 'setup@plusdsl.net' and has that 'private' IP suggests to me that it isn't.
