Boardband Connection slow/disconnect daily at certain time

Recently (actually since end Oct), my boardband connection is going disconnect from 2pm to 4pm daily, even it back on the service, the speed will drop significantly, approx. download less than 10mbps.  

After restart the router, the download speed could resume to about 50-55 mbps, but i have pay for max. 75 mbps, feel like i am overpaying for not sufficient service.。

@kylesemon Welcome to the forums. For Community members to be able to help, information from these two sites:-

BT Broadband(obscuring your phone number) and BTW Performance Tester - Please report the 'Additional Diagnostics', and sight of the Help Desk tab would be a start.

It may also be a good idea to report the results of a Quiet Line Test - dial 17070 option 2 from a (preferably corded) phone. After the confirmation of you phone number, there should be total silence apart from the regular 'Quiet Line Test' announcement. Any other noise - report a PHONE fault first.

If you have any questions, feel free to ask.

It may be that a PN Help Team member will pick this up, but if you can provide the information, it will give other Community members a chance to help, and may give the HT  an idea as to the problem.

Hiya @kylesemon, thanks for getting in touch. I'm really sorry for the issues with your service and inconvenience this is causing.

 

I have tested your line today and this has detected a fault in the network, likely causing the issues you're seeing. I have now raised this to our suppliers for you and we'll need to look at sending you an engineer.

If you can please reply on the ticket with the requested information (and let us know on here once done) we can get that progressed for you.
