Ah OK. Let me get my dinner and I'll get back to you - I don't user my iPads browser very often (and that is Firefox for me anyway), so I'll have to have a play.

On your Safari browser - best on the iPad - open a new tab (the '+' sign at the top R/H) and in the top box 'Search or enter website name' type 192.168.1.254 and hit enter. That should give you the login page for the router where you should fill the boxes as required - (detailed on the card supplied with the router and/or the sticker on the base of the router) under 'Router Access'.

Unfortunately, that won't work either. I'm sure there is a way to do a screenshot/copy page (Home & On button together) - works on my iPad anyway.

Thanks, @Ripplyuk . A quick read of that makes me think you have BT/OR network problems which need PN intervention.
Two more requests though, before I try and bump this for their attention: Do you have a landlinie phone attached to you master socket? Can you post the output from the Troubleshooter tab on the router, please?

Yes, I have landline phone. It seems to work fine.

OK - if there is no noise on the phone, that is good.
To get the Troubleshooter page, click the 'Help Desk' tab to the left of the Event Log on the original page I posted.

My bf said there was noise on the line a couple of times but I can’t be sure if it was my phone or his and it seems ok lately.
Is this right?

Great - thanks. That kind of confirms my suspicions - initially raised by your log entry pictures.
Can you just confirm the phone is silent - Dial 17070, select option 2 - after the initial confirmation of your phone number, there should be no noise or sound other than the periodic 'Quiet Line Test' announcement.

It’s not totally silent but there’s no crackling. It’s like a hissing noise. A bit like wind.

OK - it should be totally silent, so there is a phone issue. I'll try and prod whoever of the Help team is online to have a look from their end.
Sadly , @adam945 seems to be offline now - he was on earlier, but now I've tagged him, one of the HT should pick this up next time they're around.
