Constant disconnects all day.

I'm on Full Fibre 300 and have had constant disconencts all day. I use an ethernet connection direct to the router so its not a wireless problem. Restarting the router has no effect. I'm onto the diagnostic team but they say theres no problems with the line. Any advice would be appreciated as I'm working from home and this is costing me money.

@Mark8147

Any chance you have a spare router you could try?

Disconnects on FF are unusual ? fibre either works or it doesnt.

When you say 'disconnected' what is the effect ?

Does the led on the router change colour ?

Do the leds on the ONT change ?

Following on from @MisterW it would be handy to view the Hubs event log, as this should detail what is disconnecting.

Best performed using a desktop or laptop.

Assuming you have a Hub Two navigate Home >Advanced settings >Technical log >Event log select 'Export'

This will copy the event log as a CSV file to the download folder, attach to a post using the paperclip found below reply window above 'File attachment limit'
