Disconnected After Renewing

Hello Everyone,

I renewed my contract on Thursday to Unlimited Fibre Extra. Ever since waking up on Friday I have no connection to the internet. I’ve tried setting up the router as if it’s new, it just doesn’t connect after inputting all of my various router details in.

Please advise and thanks in advance,

@trick2309   Welcome to the forum.

Did you remove the DSL cable before entering your Plusnet credentials remembering to add @plusdsl.net to your user name? Not forgetting to plug the DSL cable back after and selecting Connect if necessary?

If so then report a fault at https://faults.plus.net.

Really sorry to hear that you're having issues with your fire connection @trick2309

Looks like we've raised this with Openreach and you have an engineer visit arranged for tomorrow. Let us know how things go. Smiley
