Hi.
Today I noticed that my download speed has dropped by quite a large amount.
I checked my Router (Netgear D7800) and noticed my line had dropped and reconnected earlier in the day.
It had resynced at a much lower rate about 25Mbps.
So I switched the router off, and checked all the cables incase anything had been knocked loose, by either my Mum moving stuff when she was getting her case to go home yesterday. or the Cat being a typical Cat and sticking her nose into things.
This took about 30 minutes.
When I switched the router back on and let it sync it had resynced at 46Mbps.
However when I checked my download speed it was still low.
(All downloads & speed tests are done via Ethernet and not WIFI)
I looked at what Plusnet was reporting via my Broadband info and it is saying "Current Line Speed (Download): 25.2Mbps"
I ran the BT Performance Tester and it is saying Download Speed of 24Mbps.
So was wondering if a Plusnet Staff person could have a look to see if there is any issue with my line\connection.
Thank you.

Looks like it got fixed overnight.
No idea if it was PlusNet, The Green box realising it was being silly or the Magical Fibre Fairy, that sorted it.

Thanks for your post @NaRyan
I'm sorry to see you've had problems with your speed.
Looking into this and testing your line, the tests aren't showing what caused this but I'm glad to see your speed's back up.
I blame the cat (I'm a dog person so it's easy for me to say this)
Joking aside, I'd recommend keeping an eye on things and let us know if this becomes a regular thing as we may likely need to arrange an Openreach engineer visit investigate further.
