PlusNet have lauched for existing customers only. The website isn't ready and until it is they won't take new customers or display prices. You need to phone them. In general I believe prices are similar to PN FTTC.
Note that PN are not offering phone service so, if taken, you would lose any existing phone number - it can't be ported out.
