FTTC internet dead, Matlock DE4

My internet is not connected. I rebooted the Hub router, tried a different microfilter, mastersocket connected, no dice. Orange 'B' light, called call centre, reset router, waited 1hr for session kill, no dice. Others on Facebook in the neighbourhood are reporting similar but not just plusnet. I think the green box with the DSLAM in (if they're still a thing) is kaput. How is this escalated to Openreach?

If it is widespread, OR may already be aware. Having said that, the BT faults reporter is not showing any issues.
