Credit where it's due.
12:30 - neighbour fells a tree which falls the wrong way and takes down our overhead phone line
12:40 - call Plusnet, get straight through to Support, and log fault
14:30 - two Openreach vans arrive, very friendly engineers string new line from pole to our house - 50 metres or so
16:00 - phone and FTTC restored.

@rubix1942 I suggest you stop spamming the forum with your moans, it doesn't help other posters. If you have problems deal with them in your own thread.

What gives you the right to dictate what others discuss?

Its known as a 'public forum' .. that what gives people the right.
Otherwise keep it private with a personal e-mail et al?
I'd split your complant off onto another thread so it is clear for everyone and we can try to help?
