Hello
I am having my full fibre broadband installed, Monday the 5th August and as yet not received my new Hub 2 router .Any idea when it will arrive?
Only I have tried looking for the information on my account but cannot even see the new package details
Feeling a bit anxious , I hope it will arrive well before Monday

@David3 The Hubs are despatched via RM Tracked24 to arrive a couple of days prior to a confirmed installation date - you will be advised by text and/or email when they are despatched.
What router do you currently have?

Currently I have an original Hub 1 router with my broadband connection via the phone line

If it (Hub2) doesn't arrive on time, you can still use the H1. If you have gone for a speed above, I think, 150Mb/s you will not see the maximum speed, but it will still work.

I've got a new install happening tomorrow. I had an email at 00:30 yesterday with an order update that included the Royal Mail Tracking Reference. I had a phone call from where the install is taking place yesterday afternoon to say that a package has arrived.
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Quick update I had an email and my new Hub 2 router arrived yesterday ,as per the tracking
Not had a look in the box yet ,but its ready for Mondays installation
