thanks for the reply buddy sorry to highjack a thread,
plusnet router was terrible so swaped out for a bt hub6
still having issues but was even worse with the old router you get when you join plusnet
the thing that baffles me is that most days we see engeneers messing the the green boxes which i guess is for our internet.
if there were no issues on their end then why would they be there all of the time messing
