Intermittent loss of fibre broadband

I've been reading a number of posts on this subject but can't tell if there's been solution. I get these losses of fibre broadband at irregular times of day and with irregular periods in between.

I have my heating controlled by Tado over the Internet so loss of service is not good.

I have followed a couple of links I came across on another post and have attached the results below.

The first thing to determine is whether this is a network or wireless problem.

Are you connected by wireless or over an Ethernet cable? If wireless, are you also having issues with devices connected via Ethernet? Also when you have these drops what are the lights on your hub doing?

Sorry if I hadn't made it clear - all Internet Access is lost. The blue light on the Router turns red. After a while, the Router recovers, the light turns blue again and Internet Access is recovered.
