Bought one cat5e, plugged in but LAN still shows as not green on the white box.
@craigy1 there's a cable supplied with the router ( Hub 2 ) ?
What router are you using and how is it connected to the white box (ONT) ?
Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.
