I have just done a speed test and have the following results:
513.8/68.5 on my wired PC,
and 455/71.3 on my iphone11 (wireless).
This all on my original system.

@Eggs - we're getting somewhere then
I'm going to try moving you back to the provisioned product you're paying for later today, so keep an eye on things tomorrow and let me know how you get on.

By any chance would you be able to try this solution for my account too please. I’m facing the exact same issue as the customer on this thread having upgraded from the exact same package of 145mb to the fibre 300 package also with all of the same issues as them.
The plusnet team have advised me to ask you if you’d be able to implement the same fix by replying on this thread.
Kind regards

@Rambo23 - that's exactly what I did here and it had no effect at your end other than to increase your upload (suggesting the regrade was successful in that regard). I don't expect different results from attempting the exact same thing again, so persisting down the fault route is my only suggestion if you are absolutely confident the issue isn't within your domain.

I have the wifi connection available for the router, and 2 wifi connections from the TP LINK (one is 2.5ghz the other one is 5ghz).
I’ve only tested the main router speeds with wireless and wired. Just wondered if the TP LINK could be capping the speed to the old speed of 145mb somehow?
Thanks again for any advice you can offer.

According to this post, a direct PPP connection was made from a computer direct to the Openreach ONT i.e. bypassing all routers/extenders, and the speeds still didn't improve.
Is this still the case?
Edit: almost no way you're getting above ~145mbps from the 2.4GHz TP-Link access point.
