AIUI the IP address is not allocated until the PPP session has been established. Have Plusnet confirmed that a PPP session has been established?

In another browser tab, login into the Plusnet user portal BEFORE clicking the fault & ticket links

The option to attach files or pictures is missing if you are posting from a smart phone or tablet, this is easily resolved by setting the browser to use "desktop site".

With Chrome or Microsoft edge with the reply page open > Three dots top right corner >Scroll down and select 'Desktop site'

Then a paper clip should appear below the reply window just above "File attachment limits"
