@wsara281 Welcome to the forums. Not much to go on there 😉. Your broadband appears to have a problem. First things I would suggest - try resetting your Hub (hold the on/off switch in for at least 30 seconds), and check for any noise on your land-line - dial 17070, select option 2. After confirmation of your phone number, there should be no sound apart from the regular 'Quiet Line Test' announcement - if there is, report a phone fault first.

@wsara281 So, there is no noise on the phone? - which is a good sign 😀 , but no change on the Hubs behaviour?
Hopefully, one of the Help Team will be along soon - they can do much more than I can, or you could try ringing in.
