Really bad ping and packet loss and lagging on ps5 games

Can someone please help me because over the past few weeks on my ps5 all the games have been lagging and I have had things like packet loss, really high ping and lagging in online games. This only started a few weeks ago and it never used to be like this and I am on a Plusnet hub 2

Hey there, im having the same issues on my ps5 and my Son's Oculus. Rubberbanding and lag is making it impossible to play. What area of the country do you live?
