My normal sync speeds have been around 21Mbs with downloads 19Mbs.
Recently my connection came to a near standstill and the router shown a download sync of 1.5Mbs!
Turned router on and off and normality returned at 21Mbs.
Connection later became slower and I Now Have both sync speed and IP profile of 15Mbs.
I know I have a poor quality line as d my neighbours but this is really not up to the job.
There must be some reason for these rapid variations....?

Hiya @TeeGee, thanks for getting in touch. I am really sorry for the issues with your speed and these fluctuations you are seeing.
I have ran some tests on your line and these are detecting a potential 'loop fault', which usually means something is causing a short circuit. This may be what's causing the issues that you are seeing.
Going forward, we might need to look at getting an engineer out for you but before we do, it would be best that we rule out anything internal causing the loop fault.
Can you please unplug all equipment from any phone lines you have, as well as the face plate of the master socket if possible and let us know once done, so we can retest the line?

Thanks for getting back to us @TeeGee
I'm sorry to see you're having issues with your connection.
Line tests are still showing a fault so we'd need to arrange an engineer visit to investigate further.
Can you reply to the ticket logged on your account Here with when you'd be available for one?
If you can post back when you've responded, I'll make sure we book the engineer as soon as we can.
