Static IP issue

I have moved and upgraded my contract but now my static IP, that I had for a long time, is not being assigned to me despite showing all correctly on the plusnet portal, I have restarted the router but still no change, Any idea why would that be? Many thanks.

@JohnDoe I had to remove the static IP and re-add it but it will have a different static IP address. I am sorry about this.
