Unable to enable static IP

I am back in the Plusnet fold after 2 years away due to lack of FTTP back then!

 

Now re-activated on fibre 900 as of yesterday but the static IP option is not letting me change from Dynamic to Static...

 

Anyone else had this issue, and is there a fix?

Welcome back @kjwkjw 

I tried to fix but didn't have much luck, so I've removed and re-added the static IP add-on.

If you can turn your router off and on or do a single disconnect/reconnect within your router's interface, you'll be on a static IP. I've also credited your account with £5 to cover the duplicate charge as a result of this.

I`ll reset the session once work is over! Smiley

 

Is there a panel for rdns setup or is that an email to someone?

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
