Unlimited Fibre Extra Orange light with Broadband light

My Unlimited Fibre Extra was working absolutely fine, next minute orange light on the Plusnet router and orange broadband light. Help!
I have tried all of the troubleshooting methods and still no luck.

Thanks a lot for reaching out and I'm sorry for the issues you were having with your broadband connection. I've just had a look at the line this morning and can see quite a large drop out between around 9PM and 3AM. Please accept our apologies for this. My KBD test isn't picking up any faults now, but looking at the visual radius, it looks like an infrastructure issue on Openreach's end, that's now been resolved.
