@Jasond1978 What, if any lights do you have on the Hub? Is your phone line quiet?

don't use a hub, using my own equipment (draytek vigor)
don't have a phone to plug into master socket so having to borrow one to test the line

OK - what lights are on your Draytek?
There was maintenance on the Rotherham exchange overnight, but that was reported as cleared at 0600.

Hi Jase,
I'm really sorry to see your broadband's stopped working.
I've tested your line today and the tests aren't showing a definitive cause for this, so I've raised a fault to our suppliers for further investigation and we'll provide an update as soon as we know more.
For future ref, if you have a mobile you can text us by following the instructions here > https://www.plus.net/help/report-a-problem/ to report a fault to us as we'll automatically diagnose the issue and raise it in a lot of instances.
Let me know how it goes.
