1571

I have a voicemail service already set up on my phone so want to remove the 1571 option. A previous member suggested changing the voicemail to cut in ahead of the 1571 but I need to have more time to pick up the call. Any thoughts much appreciated.

Welcome to the forum. 🙂

You should be able to opt out of the 1571 facility if you log into the Member Centre, click on 'Phone', then 'Add or remove call features'.

A complex system that does not work is invariably found to have evolved from a simpler system that worked just fine

Hi @Hiho

I'm sorry for any inconvenience having 1571 active on your line is causing.

I've asked our suppliers to remove it for you and it should be gone now

Let us know if there's anything else we can help with
