Adding on Unlimited UK calls

Hi,

Trying to add on Unlimited calls to UK landline and mobile to my account - however it is asking me to confirm a direct debit price that is too high and does not reflect the discounted contract price. I have seen from the forum that other meembers have had this problem and it is just the way the billing system works and you won't be charged a higher rate - is that still correct? Secondly it does not show the activation date which I have read is on the next billing date. My billing date is tomorrow the 25th but my question is if I activate it today will there be enough time for it to be activated tomorrow on my billing date or is there a cutoff point a few days before the billing date? Thanks.

Hi @Bananas25 

I'd recommend going ahead with the call plan change as if you put it through today it'll be active when your next bill generates and any discounts you currently have on your broadband package won't change. 

Let us know if there are any issues though.

Hi, thank you for your help Gandalf - I just thought I had better check since I didn't want to go ahead and have a nasty shock with either a big direct debit or a lengthy wait for activation.
