An error has occurred

You cannot make any changes to your account while there is a phone order in progress.

I added caller id display to my plan and three days later it isn't working and is stuck on this error. Plusnet can you fix is please (:>

Hey @emmahellet7, thanks a lot for getting in touch and I'm really sorry for the delayed response. 

I've just made a few changes on the account Emma, give it another go tomorrow and let me know if the error message is still showing on your Member Centre
