Call Features Awaiting Activation

I added Plusnet Call Protect and Voicemail features to my account over a week ago and I still get the order in progress error message. My Caller Display service wasn’t working so I was also trying to remove it and re-add it but that feature hasn’t activated either. Error message says the call features will be updated the next working day but it’s been over a week now. Please help

There's a issue with the features being stuck which we're looking into.

We'll update you as soon as we know more

After the 3rd of November I will have a limited presence here as I have moved to a new role
