Call features awaiting activation

Good evening,

I am having some issues with some features that I tried to add to my account about a week ago.

When I log into my account it says:

You currently have an order in progress to change call features

Your call features will be updated the next working day. Please note: if you’ve requested to modify any call features, you cannot add or remove any further features until this is complete

Below under call features, it says:

Call divert, Voicemail and Call protect - awaiting activation

I am keen to get these set up as soon as possible

Hi Neil,

A warm welcome to the forums.

I take it that you are not a new customer with Plusnet?  New customers do not have phone service options.

 

There are circumstances where BT Openreach fail to notify Plusnet of the activation of some phone features, giving rise to the exact symptom you describe.  This requires manual intervention from a member of staff.

You can call support or wait for a staff member to pick up your post here.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

Raised the request for the issue there to be resolved, should be up to a max of 5 working days for this to clear.

 

I also noticed the call features on our end and Openreach end don't match up.

Could you confirm which call features you are expecting to be on your phone line if any at all?
