Caller ID not working

Hi, recently switched from BT to Plusnet (6th July). Although caller ID is on my plan, it's not working. Really frustrating 😞

Hey there @Jessicabc and welcome to the forum. I have actioned the caller display as it wasn't on the suppliers system despite adding it on to ours. I am sorry about that. Give it 30 mins and it should be working.
